By paying in advance for the annual repair proposal both of my inspections are fully covered, and they replace the air filters at every visit! A high quality HEPA air filter will cost you well over sixty bucks these days, so getting them for free is what makes the proposal worthwhile to me. It’s nice to not have to worry about the air conditioning system, because it gets checked respectfully, and the proposal also covers emergency repairs should the need arise.
