Even though today is Saturday, I think I am going to have an early night and come home for a movie around sunset time.
The only problem with that is the sun doesn’t set till late at night now, making it tough to sleep if watching movies till late in the night.
I normally like to be off the computer by 9pm so my body can produce the melatonin I need to sleep well at night. But in the summer it is tough because I don’t like to be home when it is light out. I guess the heating supplier was right when he said it is best not to do any computer stuff after the sun goes down because our body’s rhythms get messed up if we do. Maybe I can watch a flick in the daytime when it is too hot to go outside and do anything. I have a nice mini split a/c unit in my room and can run it in the daytime to stay cool while I watch a good movie about the sea. I may watch Jaws for the 30th time just to refresh my memory on all of the lines in the movie. My HVAC specialist uncle took me to that movie when I was a kid, and I can still feel the cold a/c as we watched the shark devour people left and right. It was such a classic movie and I like to watch it because it reminds me of my days back with my family in the States as a kid.
