The dial regulator at condo malfunctioned, & my associate and I could not regulate the temperature.
The heating machine was eighteen years old. The heating equipment had been functioning optimally for nearly two decades without much trouble. It kept the seniors hot through the winter time & cooled through the summer. I ensured that the maintenance team at condo followed the heating maintenance plan that the experts from the heating supplier had devised, and besides having a heating system, the condo also had radiant floors, which were only at the lounge where the seniors would watch TV & relax & mingle, however after inspecting the electric furnace & the entire Heating & Air Conditioning upgrade, it was clear that the heating business needed to update the regulator of the temperature control, which would be ideal for the home. The Heating & Air Conditioning professional also voice-activated the regulator. The caregivers & particular staff at the condo were the only ones allowed to operate the regulator, so it would be self-explanatory to speak out about the wanted hot & cold temperatures, & it would communicate with the heating & a/c. The heating specialist also reminded me to follow the energy-saving tips my associate and I shared with his to regulate & save biweekly bills. The management also contemplated putting in a fireplace, however they had yet to finalize my idea.
