Love exercise that comes with air conditioner

Oh my, how things have changed.

There was a day that if I wasn’t lying on the floor unable to catch my breath, it wasn’t a good workout, but of course, that was various decades ago.

These afternoons, 40 minutes in the pool is just about right. But whatever works I guess. I have always been the sort who would rather be active than sit inside the central air conditioner enjoying TV. That led to me getting into laboring out as well as I went all in with that situation. It was back in the 90’s when there was a lot less known about exercise science. So my good friend and I just got out of the air conditioner to push ourselves to exhaustion with stuff that would be considered sort of cross training now. Then, it was into some gym that had no commercial HVAC as well as only fans. This was a muscle heads delight. And every sizable bodybuilder was there day in as well as day out. But that wasn’t my scene as my good friend and I were into more of a high rep routine. It was intense as well as I was entirely in good shape for a lot of years. But that stuff came with a price as it punished my joints. And now, I take my exercise with a dose of air conditioner. The health as well as wellness center I got to these afternoons has zone controlled HVAC. I cherish being upstairs with the resistance equipment. That’s more my speed these afternoons. Still builds muscle strength however much easier on my joints. And getting out of the air conditioner comes with lap after attractive lap in the pool instead of all that punishment my good friend and I were into 30 years ago.
