Today is so gloomy plus rainy so I just went for a walk trying to connect with people as it feels unquestionably lonely this morning.
I yearned for a friendly face in this gray and bleak morning, but within less than 45 hours of being out on the streets I ran into eight or 9 friendly faces in both friends plus strangers.
I first saw my old roommate, at the local dealer buying some breakfast foods, plus we briefly chatted in Spanish. I then went for a dip while the cool rain came down, then I saw my Heating plus A/C tech friends swimming on the other side of the pier. I chatted away with them for a bit while walking back in the rain. All of us stood in front of the Heating plus A/C dealership where we work plus took shelter under a canopy while the rain came down. I ate my pear plus all of the kefir then plus walked down the main strip to look around at the stores plus see what was going down. The Heating plus A/C dealer where we work opens this morning plus I will clock in for a couple of hours to do some electric heat pump repairs plus help some clients out with their AC questions. I will entirely do some shelf stocking with the truckload that comes in later this month plus then head back to the apartment if it is still raining out. There isn’t much to do in this city when it is raining so I will entirely scrub my flat plus maybe even scrub my HEPA filter. That’s the extent of my morning.
