When it comes to heating our home I prefer an old fashioned gas furnace! The reason for this is because central heating gives off a legitimately dry air.
It makes our skin dry and sporadically even makes me know all around dehydrated.
I do not recognize if it is just me being sensitive to certain types of heating or what, but that is how I feel, with a gas furnace the heating that it gives off is perfect. It is not too dry and it heats our home legitimately in those long chilly winter weeks of the year. I am legitimately blissful having a furnace. I used to have central heating but because it was too dry I decided to get rid of it and get a nice old fashioned gas furnace. Not to mention, the gas furnace entirely makes it so that our energy bills are a little cheaper as well. It doesn’t take any electricity at all to be able to run the gas furnace. So because of that alone it is better to have a gas furnace than central heating, for our a/c I still have a central a/c, but that is it. It is now just a stand alone central a/c unit instead of a central heating and air conditioner. I guess I made the right choice as well as it is what is best for me. I would not change my mind no matter what. I am legitimately blissful with the old fashioned gas furnace and I will continue to use it until something better comes along.
