Cheryl is part of a book club that meets once a week.
The premise of the book club is that all of the members read the same book, & once a week they meet to discuss the book together.
They always meet at one of the member’s homes. The member who is hosting is expected to make the book club meeting comfortable for everyone & to provide light pretzels & drinks. It was Cheryl’s first time hosting a book club & it happened to be on a super hot day. Cheryl’s central air conditioner was working just enjoyable all day as she prepared her charceutrie board for her guests. Cherly was straightening up her family room when she observed that it started to suppose warmer than normal in her house. She assumed that it felt warmer because she was moving around & was a little distraught about hosting. She did not have time to worry about it because her guests would be arriving shortly. There were twelve people in Cheryl’s family room & she realized people were fanning themselves with their hands. Cherly excused herself & went to check on her temperature control. Her temperature control was not working & she began to panic. She apologized to the group & told them that she was having some air conditioner problems. Luckily one of the members of the book club lives close by & gave to move the meeting to her air conditioned home. Cheryl & the group were able to continue the book club at Becky’s home & Cheryl called her local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company to come repair the problem with her A/C.
