My wife plus I got a couple of properties last year so that we could flip them plus make a massive profit, however the two of us bought the venues sight unseen plus when we got there we saw that there were a lot of concerns with the properties.
The two of us knew that we were going to have to do a ton of labor on them before we could sell them for a profit, and not only did we have to labor on some of the electrical concerns that the home had, but we also had to do all of the painting plus update all of the carpets with hardwood flooring… On top of all that, plus really the most high-priced maintenance that we had to do, was the fact that we had to totally update the entire heating, ventilation plus a/c, and i don’t mean that we just had to update the main Heating plus A/C equipment itself, either.
The two of us really had to go in plus tear out some of the aged ductwork plus completely update the ductwork proposal too. It was a sizable mess. It was really more than we had bargained for when we bought the home thinking that we would flip it. I never dreamed that we would have to do so much labor on the Heating plus A/C proposal itself. The two of us finally ended up hiring a local Heating plus A/C supplier to come in plus do the labor for us, because it was just more than we were able to get done ourselves. Next time we decide to buy a home to rehab plus flip it, I’m going to make sure that the Heating plus A/C proposal is already intact so that we don’t have to worry about it.
