I was trained how to fix heating plus A/C units as a kid, and it is a skill that I am so thankful for… Then I genuinely don’t understand what I would do without the skills that I gained from our dad… My dad may not have been an actual heating plus A/C serviceman, despite the fact that he was genuinely enjoyable at fixing heating plus A/C units.

I guess that our dad worked as a plumber, and he was a nice plumber! However, he provided up his career as a plumber to become the pastor of a small church. His job as a plumber paid undoubtedly well, however his job as a pastor did not. He still worked as a bus driver, however we were consistently slim on money. In order to save money, he learned how to fix stuff in our home to save money. One of the things that he l gained how to fix was our gas furnace; Since we could not afford a genuinely nice gas furnace, we had an old gas furnace that worked decently. However, the gas furnace would break down at least once a year, and our dad fixed it. I don’t know if he taught himself how to fix gas furnaces or if he learned how to fix gas furnaces as a kid, despite the fact that he was good… The people I was with and I never had a central a/c, so we did not have to worry about that. However, since our dad consistently wanted to teach me stuff, he made me help him learn how to fix the gas furnace. Although I may not have enjoyed it as a kid, I am so thankful for the experience. I have saved so much money as an adult by fixing our own gas furnace. Heating plus A/C servicemens charge a lot of money, although I don’t have to worry about that.
