Our air conditioning equipment was diagnosed while the two of us were at dinner.

My spouse and I don’t go out genuinely often, but when it comes to our anniversary, my spouse consistently takes myself and others out for dinner.

I think how hard it is for him to get around because she has serious arthritis, so I am okay with staying home.

I do but look forward to her anniversary dinner. We sat at the restaurant for well over an hour as the two of us just sat, chatted, loved the food, and loved each other’s corporation. When I reminded my spouse that it was getting late, she wasn’t sure if she wanted to leave the restaurant yet. Instead of going home, the two of us chose to go to a film. I don’t think who was more shocked, my spouse or I, when the two of us got back to the house. There was a note pinned to her door along with a receipt showing that our air conditioning equipment had been cleaned. As per our service agreement, there was no bill for the cleaning and inspection of the A/C unit. The note went on to explain that our A/C equipment was in perfect condition, and the Heating and Air Conditioning Tech had also changed the air filter for us. The different part about this was that the two of us didn’t have the service agreement, and the Heating and Air Conditioning company that had sent this worker was not the Heating and Air Conditioning company that the two of us used. We had to wait until day to call the Heating and Air Conditioning company that was listed on the receipt, and let them think that their worker had checked the wrong A/C unit. When looking at the address on the receipt, the two of us realized that someone may have written E. Warner St., instead of W. Warner St.
