That same evening it went down into the forties though it was so funny in the afternoon
Well, now that Fall is here, we are having fluctuations in the weather. I have lived in the Southeast, so most of the year is spent warm and humid. In fact, I spend most of the Year running the cooling system. At this time of year though, it’s cool enough outside that I no longer have to run the AC. In fact, a lot of people go straight from AC to furnace at this time of year. I, however, try not to turn the furnace on for as long as possible. I am not a fan of having forced air heating pushing out from the air vents in our house. All that heating tends to make our skin dry and our lips chapped and even hurts our sinuses sporadically. Therefore, I do without the furnace as much as possible, and when I do turn it on I tend to set the control unit quite low. The other afternoon, in fact, I did set the furnace and I did set the control unit all the way down to 58 degrees. When I am under our blanket I don’t particularally think the need to use artificial Heating! Periodically our cat even jumps up on the bed with myself and others and that makes myself and others even hotter. That same evening it went down into the forties though it was so funny in the afternoon. I literally had to drag our cat out the door so she could go potty because she wanted nothing to do with those low control unit studyings outside. She really thought it was too freezing inside and wished I would turn the furnace up! Dragging the cat out is not a fun way to start the afternoon, but I got a chuckle out of it.
