It has a single of the best SEER ratings out there so I’m getting about the most efficient Heating and A/C unit I could find. And there is some Heating and A/C technology that comes with the current Heating and A/C component as well. I ended up opting for the smart temperature control so I could leverage all that good efficiency from the Heating and A/C equipment. It’s been good having our own home and our own Heating and A/C unit. Much better than the heating and cooling I put up with in our last apartment. One feature of the smart temperature control is actually coming through for myself and others though. And that’s the app on our cellphone. I recently broke our leg and am at home on the couch for a while to let the surgery heal. So I’m able to adjust the temperature control to where I want it using the smart temperature control app on our cellphone. That was a hidden benefit of the smart temperature control that I didn’t see coming.
