And since it has kept running, I finally had the Heating and A/C contractor come out to do the Heating and A/C maintenance.
So one size fits all is not an adequate approach when it comes to Heating and A/C units. This is something that I finally now know, after so many years of not getting it. My partner Cal plus I have been living in this house for the last three and a half years. Honestly, when we first walked in with the realtor, Cal instantaneously fell in savor with the locale. It was all he could do to try plus maintain his poker face. But he did the best he could. Cal pointed out that the Heating and A/C component was older plus there were a couple other things that needed to be addressed. But we loved, loved, loved this house plus were willing to do just about whatever we needed to do to own it. The seller acquiesced to many of our replaces plus changes except for the Heating and A/C equipment. That we would have to deal with on our own. And since it still was doing the heating plus cooling at all, Cal figured we’d go with it for a bit. I didn’t even sign up for Heating and A/C repair program because Cal didn’t recognize that Heating and A/C component would last. But it did. It’s not the highest quality heating plus air I’ve enjoyed however it’s better than nothing. And since it has kept running, I finally had the Heating and A/C contractor come out to do the Heating and A/C maintenance. This is when I discovered that the Heating and A/C component on our house isn’t even sized correctly plus that’s why the heating plus cooling is not all that great. Turns out that this Heating and A/C components are too small for the volume of our house plus that’s why it tends to cycle on plus off so much. I see now that I’ll be fast-tracking the Heating and A/C component replacement now.
