When it comes to sleeping, I don’t have it straight-forward. It’s been this way since I was a child, where the slightest things will keep me away. I suffered from insomnia most of the time. Anything can prevent me from going to sleep, whether it be our mood, stress, sound, sight or sleeping position. If I am lucky enough to finally doze off, plus something wakes me up, it is almost impossible to fall back asleep. Although it sounds awful, I have mostly grown used to this, plus as long as I have the perfect conditions for our sleep, I don’t have as several complications. However, I have been restless the last few afternoons. My is a central , plus area of the unit is outside of our home. To be unique it is right outside our window. I usually don’t have the on at night because of this, but due to the really sizzling weather, I started keeping it on. I can mostly tolerate the noise, but for the past couple of afternoons, I kept hearing this metallic clang plus it’s keeping me away. I finally had a Heating plus A/C specialist come over to inspect the problem so I can sleep again, plus the worker pulled out a child’s toy from the machine. I asked our son, plus he admitted he dropped the toy in the machine to see what would happen plus didn’t tell me because he didn’t want to get in trouble. Every time the would turn on the blades would be hitting the toy causing the noise. Once it was unaffixd the Heating plus A/C unit sounded appreciate normal.
