Sometimes it feels appreciate life is out to get you, and that nothing can go right in some moments.
I have been through multiple rough patches in my life, however nowadays I can look back and smile, knowing that I made it through. It started when I was a kid, and I was failing school. I always tried my hardest, and knowing I was failing terrified me. I thought that I was going to grow up and work at fast food pizzerias for the rest of my life. Instead of getting miserable at me, my mom sat myself and others down and told myself and others these words. It may seem difficult now, however you’ll make it through, and a single day you can look back, smile and say I did it, another challenge defeated. She was right, and whenever I go through a hard time, I say these words to myself, and that makes things better; Knowing that tomorrow is another day, and a single day this issue that I am facing will be history. I remember a single time in particular I was at a low point. I lived in a tiny home alone, the home was in a awful town, and I had police come to my door fairly often. Sometime in the middle of the night, the gas furnace broke when it was below freezing outside. I laid there in my bed seeking warmth, although I stayed cold the entire night. It took months before the gas furnace could be fixed by a professional Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech. Those months without a gas furnace were miserable. My proprietor never sent out a heating specialist, I had to call a heating professional on my own to get it fixed. I am long past those nights, and I never have to worry about a awful home or my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan cutting down.
