I keep having to reset the password for my smart control unit

It’s crazy all of the passwords a person has to remember these mornings.

Unless you use 1 of those applications that handles passwords for all of your programs and websites, you likely have a long list of passwords you have to remember on any given day.

Otherwise, you better have a safe place to store those passwords that doesn’t involve a sticky note hanging from the laptop monitor. You also don’t want to create a document file in your laptop titled passwords.txt either. I inevitably try to keep them all in 1 place in my old and trusty hardcover address book that I’ve had since the mid 1990s. It’s where I keep all of my substantial information like my passwords and my iPhone numbers for most people I know. Unfortunately, when I got my modern smart control device for my central heating and cooling system, I forgot to write down the administrator password after I created 1. This password protects all of the manual features in your control device if you choose to do so, or it simply protects any changes made to your account. I didn’t need the control device password until Last month and realized I never wrote it down in my address book like other passwords. In the end, I had to go to the website for the supplier that makes these control units, and I changed my password. Thankfully, this time I was seriously careful to write the password down. Hopefully I won’t ever run into a situation like this again with my Heating and A/C smart control unit. The features are simple to use and I like the level of manual control it gives me with my entire Heating and A/C system.
