There’s a freezing spot in the middle of our kitchen & it is driving myself and others crazy.
If it moved all around, I would entirely think that there’s a ghost in our apartment or something! But the freezing spot is always in the same locale over by the china cupboard in the corner by the pantry.
I think that there’s an issue going on with our Heating & Air Conditioning system but I’m not sure what it might be. It seems to myself and others that the furnace isn’t absolutely doing what it should be doing, but I have no system about how to repair anything when it comes to the heating & cooling system in our house. I’m not exactly what you would call a truly handy guy. The best way to repair things, in our opinion, is to just choice up the PC to call a professional instead of picking up our toolbox & entirely just making everything worse than it was to begin with. I have undoubtedly no luck at all when it comes to things appreciate doing new home repairs. So whenever this freezing spot started showing up this year when the weather started cooling off, I decided entirely the best thing for myself and others to do was just to call the Heating & Air Conditioning company instantly & have them come out to help me. It turns out that they think I entirely have a concern going on with our ventilation ducts & not with our oil furnace at all. I think I’m going to entirely have to get some HVAC duct sealing done, but hopefully that will be cheaper than a important furnace service job!
