Recently, my Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation has hired another Heating plus Air Conditioning tech, then this guy was fresh out of Heating plus Air Conditioning school plus seemed enjoy a great hire for the corporation, i thought so too, that is, until I worked with him for a day, and for his first task, him plus I were sent out to disinfect someone’s air duct.

That is a truly laborious job, plus required multiple people. It didn’t help that the person’s current home the people I was with and I were cleaning was massive. The entire trip there the guy was on his iPhone. That’s not too bad, since I’ve seen multiple of my coworkers briefly check their iPhones. Once the people I was with and I got there though, the people I was with and I started cleaning when it started to get bad. While I already knew that this was going to be at least a 4-5 hour job, only 30 seconds in, the current Heating plus Air Conditioning guy started complaining, but he was complaining within earshot of the customer, which I’m sure didn’t help to make us look good, plus every 15 seconds he took a break. This truly sad me, because while I would be laboring my butt off, he would be off doing who knows what, plus then he would come back plus only labor half heartedly for another 15 seconds, all the while complaining. He did this the entire 5 hours it took them to finish their home. I would have been able to finish much sooner, had he helped me more, however no, he was too tied up taking breaks. I don’t guess this current Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation will last long with my Heating plus Air Conditioning business.
