So the two of us searched around and found that independent general dealers were definitely the way to go. By hiring an independent general supplier the two of us would be saving at least four hundred and something dollars for sure, to start. General dealers often charge a little less than the commercial construction dealers because of them having less site expenses easily working on their own, also, because they don’t have other employees to spend money on other than themselves, they can afford to charge a lower price for task in all types of construction or renovation. This does not mean that the repair is horrible either. In some cases, general independent contractors easily do a better task than the commercial construction companies! I have found this out through dealings with general dealers for other things in the past. Also, our task where I task at recently had some building renovation done and they hired an independent general supplier to complete it. And these people were done and all wrapped up in nearly half the time a commercial construction supplier probably would have taken. And the task that they did was just as good if not better! I will consistently use a general independent dealer anytime I need any sort of construction task done on our condo without question!
