Even though today is Friday, Joseph knows he is going to have an early night and come dwelling for a film around sunset time.
The only issue with that is the sun doesn’t set till late at night now, making it taxing to sleep if seeing films till late in the night.
He normally likes to be off the tablet by 8.30pm so his body can produce the melatonin he needs to sleep well at night. But in the Summer it is taxing because he doesn’t like to be home when it is light out. Joseph feels the heating supplier was right when he said it is best not to do any tablet stuff after the sun goes down because his body’s rhythms get messed up if he does. However, maybe Joseph can watch a flick in the daytime when it is too tepid to go outside and do anything. He has a nice mini split air conditioner device in his home and can run it in the daytime to stay cool while he watches a nice film about the sea. Joseph may watch Jaws for the 20th time just to refresh his memory on all of the lines in the film. His Heating and Air Conditioning worker uncle took him to that film when he was a kid. Joseph can still feel the freezing air conditioner as he watches the shark devour people left and right. It was such a classic film and he likes to watch it because it reminds him of his life back with his family in the states as a kid.
