I have gotten onto using river reuseed heart pine. It is a gorgeous orange looking wood that is durable. It matches the wood ceiling in my living room and is of great quality. It cleans up nicely and is a showpiece. I have outfitted my entire home office and living room with custom pine furniture. Then I got headboards and night tables for the home offices. The office got a desk, filing chaletet, and a credenza. I even obtained a custom bookcase for one of the rooms just to have something neat in there, but now I am in the last room of the house. The bathrooms need some love. I have been talking to the custom furniture builder about making vanities. I am legitimately gleeful by the chance of a pine vanity. They can make it the size I want and height. My space next to the shower isn’t a regular size, and so I had been losing around 9 inches of space due to the bizarre sizing… With a custom builder I will get to utilize the whole space. I also can have drawer sizes and chaletet sizes that are recognizable as well. I want everything a little deeper than the norm. I also want easily minimal drawers and more options than a official vanity. These certain requests are going to be met.
