Doesn’t sound so exciting does it? Well, it is Monday and Monday’s can be a bit drab with all of the mundane chores put off from the weekend.
We had a lot of fun this weekend, as we do every weekend, but today I am being slapped in the face with reality after looking inside my empty stark fridge.
I need to fill it up with colors from the local business soon so I have something to put in my stomach. I’m making a salad today and eating it on the beach. My artist friends are meeting up with me later to play some music and maybe even some ball on the beach. I am off work today at the heating and cooling supplier’s shop as it is closed for remodeling and won’t be open for a week. Instead, today I am doing a bunch of HVAC industry writing jobs and also my regular yoga season before going to the store for food. The local business is usually very busy until about 3:30pm when everyone has finished their shopping for the week. I like to go when it is slow so I can relax and take my time without a mob of people pushing me along. My work is doing a big duct cleaning job of the HVAC system and will not have any air conditioning for the rest of the week as they are also getting some work done to the compressor and heat pump. It should be all set by next week though and we’ll return to business as usual.
