The sunlight is glaring in our face all day at work

Yes, I suppose that’s a wonderful idea

I’ve started wearing a hat and sunglasses to work. It’s not because I don’t want to be recognized, then everyone at the office knows me by now. The reason I’m wearing such accessories to work is that the sunlight is glaring in our face for most of the day, and it’s become seriously discouraging! My desk space faces a big, bare window with the sunlight reflecting on it nearly regularly. In fact, all of the windows in our office space on our floor don’t have any kind of coverings at all. They’re just big windows exposing us to the sunlight whenever it’s sunny. Moreover, it’s sunny all the time, practically speaking. This definitely does expose us to a lot of light, however it also generates a lot of heat. I hear our Heating and A/C plan running nearly regularly, and I suppose it’s because it’s struggling to combat the heat generated from the sunlight glaring on the window panes! Let me tell you, the sunlight is winning that battle! What frustrates me the most is that our coworkers don’t seem to be as worried with this. The sunlight glaring in our face all day and heating up the room is incredibly discouraging to me. It’s to the point where I don’t care if I look absurd wearing a hat and sunglasses. I suppose I’m also going to request a unusual area in the office to work: a single that’s facing the inner wall that does not have a window. Yes, I suppose that’s a wonderful idea. That area is where several of the air conditioner vents are, which would more thoroughly cool me down.
