I just did my shopping for the next few days and now I am going to knock out my yoga then head to the sea for some cleansing and refreshing energy.
When was the last time you were by the coast? Do you live in a city far from the sea or are you near one? I can’t imagine living away from the sea as I have always been a beach person, but some people are more cut out for city life and never get to the sea.
I like the natural climate control offered by the sea as it has a way of blowing a refreshing breeze when things get hot in the city center where I live. I feel like my mind is more free when I look out on the sea at its vastness and endless possibilities. The heating corp near me is located by the sea and when I am working at my desk I can see the waves and hear the seagulls. It reminds me of my mom and how we used to take walks by the ocean each week. I had to move overseas for my HVAC company job and miss my mom so much. I’ll go back and see her again soon but it just isn’t the same not living close by her. I have a career in the heating and cooling industry and need to keep at it if I want to one day retire. But my HVAC rep mom won’t be around forever and one day I’ll miss those beach walks we once used to take.
