I had an issue developing with our air conditioner plan and I wasn’t even aware of it.

I have been changing our Heating and A/C air filters correctly. I will confess that it had been some time since I had had an Heating and A/C supplier come out to check on our unit. I sort of kind of forgot about our Heating and A/C unit apart from changing the air filter. Anyway, an issue developed that caused the air conditioner to not be able to cool nearly as well. It was a gradual loss in cooling effectiveness that I was noticing. At first, it was practically subconscious, however eventually, I consciously realized that the air conditioner just wasn’t pumping out cool air the way it used to. When it got to the point where our air conditioner simply could not achieve the temperature I sat on the temperature control, I relented and called out an Heating and A/C technication. He was able to asparticular that our condenser coils were filthy! He explained to me that dirty condenser coils make it really hard for an Heating and A/C plan to transfer heat inside the new home to outside the house. He offered the condenser coils a wonderful cleaning, I needed many other things to improve the health of our system. When he was finished, the bill wasn’t exactly cheap, however you better bet that our air conditioner was working wonderful as new! Before he left, the Heating and A/C supplier strongly suggested that I enroll in an Heating and A/C maintenance plan, so I would not forget about correctly busy visits. I have to admit, it sounds enjoy a wonderful idea!
