That Aged oil oil Furnace Smells so Much When it Turns On

At our office building, every one of us has to rely on an aged oil furnace for our heating needs. The thing is, it seems most of the time, management forgets to have the oil furnace filters updated. Typically when that oil oil furnace cranks on, it makes the air quality entirely bad in the office for a little while. We have discovered recently that it has something to do with dust and debris burning up and creating that nasty odor that goes through the whole system. We’re just lucky that in the summertime season, the AC unit isn’t too bad. Typically when I smell that nasty burning odor coming from the oil furnace, I have to ask my boss if she had a heating and A/C appointment to have the oil furnace tuned up. She pretty much always tells me that she forgot and that’s when she calls up the heating and A/C company. I basically prefer her main reminder to get the necessary heating and A/C repair done. Whenever the air quality becomes seriously bad, I always remind her about cleaning those oil furnace filters. I’m glad that more recently, she finally listened to some important advice that I gave to her. I told her about heating and A/C repair plans and that the local heating and A/C supplier would cover all the heating and A/C repairs for a low yearly cost. I even told her they would remind her of their appointments, and she would never have concerns again with the heating and A/C services needed in the building. She decided to enroll, and there have been no concerns ever since! I just hope she eventually decides to invest in a better oil furnace for the coming cold winter season.
