I was sincerely surprised when my boss asked me to be in charge of the heating and A/C repair in the office building.
She gave me a company ATM card to pay for all the expenses. I was so very proud when I learned how to save us money on the heating and A/C repair though. I ended up looking into heating and A/C repair units and decided to enroll our company into one. This entirely lowered the cost of our heating and A/C repair services significantly and with all the extra money, every one of us were able to use it to improve the air quality in the building. I decided to have a new UV air purification system installed, which everybody appreciates. I was talking to the boss about it telling her how if the workers are more comfortable, their work production will be far better. She said it didn’t matter, so long as I kept within the company budget. So basically because I was able to save so much money, I could use those savings for whatever I deemed appropriate for indoor comfort in the building. I have been thinking that down the road, all of us in the office might even be able to invest in radiant heated floors for the bathrooms and break rooms. I bet everybody would prefer that kind of comfort, especially while in supplier parties. I mentioned this to the boss and she said it sounded like a pretty fine plan if I could manage to save enough money over the years to cover the cost for something like that. Honestly to me, it seems entirely feasible and I look forward to the moment when I can request such cool and exciting A/C updates in the building.
