As I get older, I find that simplifying my life actually helps a lot. The less extraneous stuff going on, the less stress there is on my life. And I do not like to admit it however as I age, I don’t bounce back from large stress all that well. Plus, I still get enough stress inside the zone controlled Heating & A/C of the office. I’m sort of in the midst of the process of succession. It’s my business & I’ll still own a stake & sit on the board. But the afternoon to afternoon stuff is going to be on a capable person who has come up through the ranks here. I know she might even enjoy the business more that I do. Along with the process of limiting my role with the dealer, I’m also paring down my life as well. I’m single again however that hasn’t made it a heck of a lot easier really. In fact, my ex & I spent so much time recently going through all the stuff in the family beach home prior to upgrading the Heating & A/C device & selling it. She’s moving to a much smaller home as am I. My venue is more of a bungalow on a nice piece of property. But there are just two home offices in that house. It had central air conditioner as well. Once the Heating & A/C corporation checked the Heating & A/C system, he noted that the ductwork was failing & needed to be replaced along with the Heating & A/C unit. Yet, I opted for getting the ductless heat pumps. I liked the method of that sort of efficiency. Plus, with 3 of them in my house, I could customize the heating & cooling as I wished.
