They were doing a lot to protect everybody during pandemic

No one could have forecasted how life would change for the whole world in 2020.

Both of us first started hearing about the Coronavirus at the end of 2019 but had no idea in the slightest it would become a global pandemic. As a family, all of us had plans to travel while we were in the Summer of 2020 to see some relatives outside the country. But all that was put aside as all of us opted to go into self-quarantine and our parents started working from home. Needless to say, all of us were all quite frightened. That summer, all of us never called the Heating and A/C equipment dealer to schedule the correct Heating and A/C maintenance at the beginning of the season! It didn’t even seem like that was an option at the time as the infection rate kept increasing. It took until late fall for dad to consider having a professional come to the house to do some work on the heating device before winter. While all of us could survive the warm season if the Heating and A/C equipment failed, the nippy season was another matter. But, first, all of us had to find out what the Heating and A/C dealer was doing to keep their workers and customers safe. A simple look at the Heating and A/C dealer website gave us the answers all of us needed. They sent out a COVID-19 Coronavirus update and had the same on their blog. They easily had to suggest all of us inform them first if there was an at-risk person in the property. In addition, all of us had to be transparent with information on any person suffering from the illness. This was crucial because their workers would be at risk if they came into a property with an ill person. Both of us liked the fact that all the Heating and A/C workers got correct tests.
