The HVAC company sent out a COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

In addition, we had to be transparent with information on any person suffering from the illness

No one could have predicted how life would change for the whole world in 2020. We first started hearing about the Coronavirus at the end of 2019 but had no clue it would become a global pandemic. As a family, we had plans to travel during the summer of 2020 to see some relatives outside the country. But all that was shelved as we went into self-quarantine and our parents started working from home. Needless to say, we were all quite scared. That summer, we never called the HVAC company to schedule the usual HVAC maintenance at the start of the season. It didn’t even seem like that was an option as the infection rate kept increasing. It took until late fall for dad to consider having someone come to the house to work on the heating unit before winter. While we could survive summer if the HVAC system failed, winter was another matter. But, first, we had to find out what the HVAC company was doing to keep their workers and clients safe. A quick look at the HVAC company website gave us the answers we needed. They sent out a COVID-19 Coronavirus update and had the same on their blog. They requested we inform them first if there was an at-risk person in the house. In addition, we had to be transparent with information on any person suffering from the illness. This was important because their workers would be at risk if they came into a house with an ill person. We liked the fact that all the HVAC workers got regular tests.
