It was much easier to go with ductless equipment. The two of us managed to locate an AC supplier that would set up ductless air conditioning equipment in the lake house plus add zoning. That way, every room could benefit from this equipment plus we’d keep our costs down. As for heating, we had to be a bit overpriced plus chose to install radiant heating. That way, the whole lake property could benefit from even heating.
