I understand the difficulty that several people are having right now, and therefore, the first thing I say to any new customer, or one who is having a new Heating and Air Conditioning system installed, is that they need to purchase the service and repair agreement. With a service and repair agreement, our company offers free service and repairs twice a year. We also include decreasing the air filters for some people, but most of the people who have the air filter swings done, our senior citizens, and people who have some kind of disability. Without the service and repair agreement, they would only have a one year full warranty, and a hour year would be minimal.I’m pretty sure that every Heating and Air Conditioning company has their version of a service and repair agreement; Some, care about mine, include particular minor repairs done for free, that are separate from when the annual service is completed.
