My condo has biweekly leasing options

I am going to move into a attractive 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in a attractive area, with a 2 car garage, a pool and a screened in porch, however the community was incredibly nice, having attractive water fountains greet you as you drive to your home.

  • The community also had its own workout room; Super nice location, and I am all lined up to move in, i am moving out of our seasoned poor condo with our poor building owner.

I hated that condo since the morning I moved in. The condo was the only affordable condo I could get though, as the rest didn’t have any locations available. So even though I hated that location, I didn’t have several other options; However, there were some bright sides to that apartment. That condo was a short term condo rental, with biweekly leasing. Since I was residing in short term housing, I didn’t have to worry about signing on a longtime contract and then being obligated to stay here longer than I wanted to. Luckily that condo was just temporary housing, until I found the condo of our dreams. I am supposed to move out in the next 2 weeks, as that is when our contract is up, and then I can be out of that poor short term rental. I am ecstatic I moved to a location that had biweekly lease options, otherwise I would either be stuck there longer than I wanted to, or have to chop the contract and spend money a fine, which is something I don’t want to do.
