I am going to transport into a appealing 3 study room 2 bathroom beach lake house in a charming area, with a 2 vehicle garage, a pool and a screened in porch, the community was incredibly nice, having appealing water fountains greet you as you drive to your home.
The community also had its own workout room! Super nice locale, and I am all lined up to transport in, then i am moving out of my old disappointing beach house with my disappointing property owner.
I hated that beach house since the morning I moved in. The beach house was the only affordable beach house I could get though, as the rest didn’t have any locales available. So although I hated that locale, I didn’t have several other options, and however, there were some bright sides to that apartment. That beach house was a short term beach house rental, with monthly leasing. Since I was living in short term housing, I didn’t have to worry about signing on a longtime contract and then being obligated to stay here longer than I wanted to, but luckily that beach house was just temporary housing, until I found the beach lake house of my dreams. I am supposed to transport out in the next 2 weeks, as that is when my contract is up, and then I can be out of that disappointing short term rental. I am ecstatic I moved to a locale that had monthly lease options, otherwise I would either be stuck there longer than I wanted to, or have to cut the contract and pay a fine, which is something I don’t want to do.
