We had to replace the garbage disposal in the kitchen and the toilet in the master bathroom. We had to replace the carpet in the living room. When we finally had the funds, we contracted a contractor. The contractor wanted to know if the pool was going to be heated and that wasn’t something we had discussed. It sounded like a lot of extra work, but the pool contractor said it wouldn’t be a difficult job. The entire pool installation job took most of a month to complete, but now the backyard looks like an outdoor oasis. We love our heated inground pool. Our kids love the pool too. We didn’t have any kids when we built the pool, but we do now. We all enjoy our backyard. We didn’t have a single problem with the pool until this year. We had to replace the gas lines going from the pool water pump to the house. The gas lines run from our gas furnace and they are used to heat the water for the pool and the house. When the pool started getting colder, I called the pool contractor. He brought a plumbing specialist to look at everything and that;s when we found out about the gas lines. It didn’t cost a fortune for the repair and it fixed the problem. The next day the pool temperature was warmer and I could feel warm water coming out of the pool jets.
