I love taking walks in the morning.
The reason I love this is because of the area in which I live in.
It does not matter what time of the year it is, the air quality is always wonderful that time of the morning. It is almost like having a whole home air purification system all around you from mother nature herself! You can not get any better air quality than what we get year round in the mornings here. Even if it is hot summer or cold winter, the outdoor air quality is great all the time from about 7am to around 10am. After that, depending on the time of year the air quality may be soso or bad. You never know. But one thing is for sure, and that is the mornings will always have great air quality. Most people around here do not have whole home air purification systems or even portable air purifiers. But those that do never have to use them in the morning times, which is good because it saves money on electric bills. Most whole home air purification systems run through the central heating and air conditioning system, so that in itself takes a lot of energy use to run and in turn jacks up the bills. But I will more than tell you that in the fall months the air quality is great for a walk any time of the day or night. You can also open up all the windows in your home that time of the year as well.
