I lived in an loft complex once when I was straight out of college.
It wasn’t like the low end loft I had when I was in university.
This loft was absolutely pretty great as I absolutely had a salary to cover great housing. When I would go to the office each month to pay the rent, they would also hand me an air filter. This was something I hadn’t seen before. Actually, the heating plus cooling in every other place I lived was nothing to write loft about. But this place I had with my first job was nice. And the Heating plus A/C equipment in that place was nice. Hence the air filter. The rental corporation was protecting their home in quality heating and air by handing out air filters to each renter each month. That was my introduction to just how big changing the air filter each month is to the Heating plus A/C equipment. Now those air filters from the rental corporation weren’t HEPA air filters or anything like that. They were low cost air filters that were there to protect the Heating plus A/C equipment plus not my health. And protect the Heating plus A/C equipment they did. But if you don’t change the a/c filter, it’s not only not helping, it’s hurting the Heating plus A/C equipment. A clogged plus dirty Heating plus A/C air filter just forces the Heating plus A/C equipment to task much harder. That cuts back the efficiency of the Heating plus A/C equipment & the longevity of the heating plus cooling equipment. So, it’s imperative to the Heating plus A/C equipment that the air filter gets switched out each month.
