She isn’t trying to manage the business, she has eyes directly on expanding. She showed me and others some research, plus estimated that there is a big market share of people who never, or only rarely, have heating, ventilation, plus A/C toil done because they don’t want strangers in their home! Many of these people are the elderly, or single parents, plus they also would be more comfortable if it were a female heating, ventilation, plus A/C doing the work. Maybe it’s unfair, however some people just don’t want a bizarre chick lurking in their house, even if she can service the cooling system while she is there, however jenny is smart enough that she doesn’t want to change the heating, ventilation, plus A/C contractor every one of us have, she just wants to grow it in new instruction. If she can grow our heating, ventilation, plus A/C shopper base by 10% or more, then she’s a genius!
