He isn’t trying to manage the business, he has eyes on expanding. She wants to do this by bringing in more female heating, ventilation and A/C techs, plus good to the female demographic for customers, but I told him that about half of our current heating, ventilation and A/C buyers were female, plus he said he knew that, however the two of us were still leaving money on the table. He showed me some research, plus estimated that there is a big market share of people who never, or only rarely, have heating, ventilation and A/C work done because they don’t want strangers in their home… Many of these people are the elderly, or single parents, plus they also would be more comfortable if it were a female heating, ventilation and A/C doing the work. Maybe it’s unfair, however some people just don’t want an unusual dude lurking in their house, even if he can service the cooling system while he is there… Jerry is smart enough that he doesn’t want to change the heating, ventilation and A/C corporation the two of us have, he just wants to grow it in current instruction. If he can grow our heating, ventilation and A/C client base by 10% or more, then he’s a genius!
