Choosing the VRF plan for hotel

The indoor units feature completely independent thermostats to allow for zone control

My family has owned & managed this boutique hotel along the coast for nearly eighty years. The group of us have a sweet location with access to the beach. Because our area is a major tourist destination, we are regularly booked up for 8 weeks in advance. Although we don’t have the excessive luxuries of the larger resorts located on either side of our little hotel, we offer a more personalized experience. Most of our clients tend to be loyal & come back to us year after year. The two of us benefit from extremely high ratings & Google reviews. My entire family contributes to the operation, now working to make sure the property is always perfectly maintained, welcoming & comfortable for our guests. Along with being meticulously clean, with quality linens & conscientious client service, temperature control is a big priority. Air conditioning is vital just about all year round. After spending a day on the beach, our guests look forward to the cooling comfort of their room. Although the temperature rarely drops, there are those nights over the Winter months when heating is necessary. A few years ago, we completely updated the heating & cooling systems. The two of us chose a VRF or variable refrigerant flow plan because of having exceptional energy efficiency & more precision control over temperature. This style of HVAC plan consists of a single outdoor component attached to an indoor device within each room. The indoor units feature completely independent thermostats to allow for zone control. The modular design allows us to expand or make substitutions without disruption or major expense. The ability of the plan to precisely regulate the amount of refrigerant being supplied to each indoor device maintains actually even temps & minimizes energy use.
