I can switch out and try a new boiler if I want to.
I recently bought an apartment complex that needed a lot of labor done; I needed to basically gut every apartment and redo it, however new plumbing, electric and appliances were added. I had to get the venue painted and cleaned as well! The apartment also didn’t have any heating. I looked around for commercial heating systems and the best I found was a boiler system. I looked at the unusual kinds of boilers and wasn’t sure what to get, however every Heating plus Air Conditioning company I talked to pushed something unusual and a size bigger than I guess I needed. I didn’t know like I could trust them. That is why I am now renting a boiler. The boiler rental contractor doesn’t care what kind I choose to rent. I can switch out and try a new boiler if I want to. I picked out what I thought would labor best and a size I guess I need; Both of us now will see if I chose wisely. There are a number of perks with a boiler system too, but you can add heated flooring to it, make it a snowmelt system or combine it with your water tank to make for instant boiling water. There are a lot of functions that I am not ready to handle, but right now my focus is to find the right kind of boiler and correct size for my apartment complex; After that, after that I guess I will get extravagant with trying to see what my boiler can do, but once I have everything all planned out, I then will be ready to make the step and get a permanent fixture in there.
