I still went ahead plus consulted a cooling plus heating provider I also found online plus they insisted on sending over an A/C professional to inspect the locale. When i gave them our address, they recognised the locale plus said an A/C repairman was recently sent there to inspect the same apartment. The landlord has been uncooperative plus he still owed the A/C company cash for gas furnace/heater maintenance from the last maintenance. In fact, no heating plus cooling provider within the town wanted anything to do with his apartments. So most of his A/C install is done by a new business who has no clue about him. So since I had no a single to check the system, not even the air filter, I was stuck with exhausting air quality for a whole month then moved out voluntarily.
