Earlier this week I was at the heating and a/c corporation that I work for.

I was so happy to see Bob, one of our co-workers, get a huge promotion! I knew they had been striving for this for a long time and all their strenuous work finally paid off. Bob got promoted to chief heating and a/c specialist. I could have gone for the promotion myself, however even though it would have meant a little more pay, I felt this promotion was not for me and I was totally happy at being your respected certified heating and a/c specialist. But Bob is a close pal of mine so that made me even more happy for him. The fact that Bob will be the current chief heating and a/c specialist makes it even better for me because it is nice to have a neighbor like Bob in that position. I am not talking about getting special favors or anything love that. I am simply saying in the sense that I will suppose more comfortable with the head heating and a/c specialist if they are a personal friend, that is all. I have been honestly working here right about the same amount of time as him, which is a little over 10 years. I want to just stay as I am until I retire or get a better offer from another heating and cooling corporation. As I had mentioned, the chief heating and a/c specialist job just wasn’t for me because I am not very nice at being a director of any sorts.
