We haven’t played with our bandmates in four weeks and we are starting to get the itch to do so. They were gone in the mountains recently, however now they are back and it looks like we will play in five more afternoons at a club open mic night. We would like to get in the clubs in the neighborhood and then begin doing other clubs. However, we want to make cash doing gigs so we are working on promotional material so that they can see what we are all about. We are getting cards made at the local business soon and will dish them out to all of the local contractors and clubs in the neighborhood to see who bites. We want to make $150 each per night minimum and we think we have a superb amount of songs to do concerts. We’ve honestly put on a superb show for everyone. We want to play in heated ski lodges in the winter time and air conditioned beach bars in the summer, but we need to get our bandmates on the same page as us because they are leary of pushing our band so soon. We’ve been playing together for just a year, but they have 18 years of tunesal experience. We have 15 years of performing arts experience with some tunes mixed in. All of us started tunes when we were new contractors back when we had a drum set in our air conditioned dorm room, so we think between us and our bandmates’ experience we are ready for the next level.
