Mateo can call up the Heating and Air Conditioning business down the road and get a heating worker to come out, but he thinks he can service the leak himself with some patience
It is May 15th this week, oh no. Mateo did his taxes and that is all he will say about the topic because taxes are not fun. He doesn’t know why anyone would want to be in the tax field for a career as it seems so mundane and stressful. However, Mateo believes there is a job for everyone. They say the same about him doing standup comedy for 13 or so years. Mateo likes being a writer though, because he gets to use his brain while he listens to awesome tunes to balance out the thinking. His new contractor buddy told him they are going to play ball later this week so Mateo wants to get his work done before he leaves the air conditioned luxury of his apartment and hits the beach. He may play several games but he honestly needs to get his lower back pain to stop. A pain that he hasn’t felt in years is back for a week or so now. It is from the stress of the warm water heating system failing and Mateo having a hard time installing a new heating unit. Well, it is installed now but has a slow leak that will need to be fixed soon. Mateo can call up the Heating and Air Conditioning business down the road and get a heating worker to come out, but he thinks he can service the leak himself with some patience. He just needs to shut off the water supply and loosen the connections at the base of the machine and add some teflon tape.
