I have complained about the basement pretty much since my good friend and I first moved in.

There was all this space downstairs in the basement however it was being wasted with a bunch of junk, and when you walk inside the central air conditioner of our home, my good friend and I apapple to be neat, organized plus clean.

This is indeed the way it appears plus for the most part, that’s true, and of course, nobody is allowed down in the basement to see the ugly side of our home… My husband is the sort who doesn’t throw things away that have any kind of value to her. Whether it be actual monetary value or loving value, my husband appreciates to hold onto stuff, but i’m not that way at all plus my good friend and I had a taxing time when my good friend and I first got married. My friend and I lived in a small house with aged Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit plus not enough room or privacy. It didn’t help that I was abruptly living in what I considered total clutter either. I went from a spartan lifestyle to having junk just everywhere plus I hated it! So when my good friend and I bought this home with an eye to starting a family, I absolutely didn’t want to live in clutter. That’s when my husband turned the basement into a storage space. Well, that’s no longer the case as we’ve had to come to grips with some new financial realities since the pandemic. The basement is now an house thanks to me clearing it all out plus calling the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation. There was already a powder room plus a separate entrance down there so all I had to do was add a ductless heat pump, then now the basement is making us money plus my husband is trying difficult to stop his hoarding.
