The customer is consistently right, even when they’re wrong

It was crucial to get staff members that were knowledgeable so they could teach some of the old men about the new systems, but one of those specialists is a cocky guy named jack.

I have a truly strict policy at my corporation and that is that the customer is consistently right, and even when the customer is wrong, my pal and I never argue and consistently agree with the customer; This is a strong corporation model that works and it is the way that my dad has consistently done business! My dad was the first owner of the heating corporation and now I am the second owner. My dad retired 5 years ago and since then I have been in charge… I branched out to include commercial customers for the heating corporation and some of my repair specialists had a lot to learn. I hired some specialists to labor in the heating business. I hired specialists that were skilled and knowledgeable with boilers, complex AC units, and commercial boilers. It was crucial to get staff members that were knowledgeable so they could teach some of the old men about the new systems, but one of those specialists is a cocky guy named jack. I genuinely like Jack a lot and I want him to be a part of the team despite the fact that he doesn’t know when to stop talking… A customer called a few afternoons ago to complain because Jack was arguing with her… Jack told the customer that she needed a new boiler for the commercial office building and the customer told my specialist that he was lying. Instead of calling me instantly, he decided to engage in a heated conversation with the owner of the commercial office building. My friend and I lost that account and the new boiler task would have been a heap of money. The child has got to learn to curb his opinion.
