My bestie plus I had to leave our condo in the middle of the evening, because there was a gas leak. The building employer woke pretty much everyone up in the middle of the evening plus told people to leave. My bestie plus I didn’t know where to go. My buddy and I didn’t know anyone in the neighborhood so my buddy and I had to go to a hotel. The hotel had a comfortable bed plus a tepid shower. If the hotel room had been warmer, it would have been nice plus cozy. I turned on the furnace in the room plus I set the temperature at 80°. I ended up turning the furnace all the way up to 69° before the room was warm. There must have been some type of issue with the heater, because there was no way that it was actually 69° in the room. The next morning my bestie plus I got up right plus early plus my buddy and I made the decision to go back to our apartment. The building employer was there when a member of the fire department. The gas leak had been fixed, but my buddy and I had to wait another 12 hours for all of the fumes to dissipate. My bestie plus I had to go to toil plus my buddy and I were planning to get our things from the apartment, then both of us had to call our jobs plus tell them that my buddy and I could not make it due to the gas leak. Fortunately, the gas leak made the news so our jobs did not question us when my buddy and I told them what happened. My boss was certainly nice plus even offered to supply me extra days off if necessary.
