The Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation started to thrive

After her much-needed long break, Lucy finally returned home feeling fantastic and rejuvenated.

After speaking to each individual the Heating & A/C business started to thrive, and be better than it has ever been before. Lucy saw the difference in the Heating & A/C folks’ and the quality of work they were doing was just getting better. The customers they worked with provided feedback that made her smile. Lucy knew her Heating and A/C company was on the right path, and she continued to listen to feedback from her current staff. In new hire interviews, she made sure to ask what the person’s goals were if they were hired to be part of the team. The Heating & A/C business Lucy started was getting national attention and she felt very soon she would be able to expand her Heating & A/C company to other states around the country. Currently, focusing on what she has is crucial.
