It’s getting frigid in his lake house and Don wasn’t sure what to do. He is getting up there in age and knows what he possibly can do if there are concerns with any of his heating or cooling needs. But, there are times he’s just lost. This month is one of those days. Don called the Heating & A/C business and they sent out his old friend, Steve, who technically is the owner of the Heating & A/C heating corporation. He walked in his door smiling and Don was very glad to see him. It’s been a long time since he has seen Steve and he has been a guy that Don could count on for ages now. Don was just surprised Steve took on the task himself. Steve took a look at his oil furnace and noticed that the pilot was out. He tried lighting it and it failed. Don was a bit sad because he started thinking he might need a whole new oil furnace put in. He really didn’t want to be spending money on that replacement. Steve took his time though and figured out the issue. It was something to do with the thermocouple and it needed to be upgraded. Just a part of the oil furnace that will help get the pilot to light. He said that he had one in his Heating & A/C truck and it won’t take that long to upgrade the part. Don was a bit enthusiastic because he knew it could’ve been costly. After a short bit the part was upgraded and the pilot lit up. Don then could enjoy the warmth of his lake house and thanked Steve so much. Steve is the best.
